Shipping & Delivery
What is the cost of shipping?
Currently we have a set price of $44 US for global shipping with the exceptions of South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Asia. For South Africa, courier is $5 US and New Zealand, Australia and Asia $55 US.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped will typically arrive within 15-21 business days.
For larger orders and orders in Europe, your products will be sent via DHL. For smaller orders in the US and Canada, we occasionally ship internationally to our local US distributor and your order will generally be sent via USPS.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically ship within 5 to 7 business days.

Why haven't I received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package.
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page.

New Earth Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (shipping is not refundable).
